Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondents under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act for having violated the order passed in WP No.30243 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018.

O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.30243 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018.
2.While allowing the Writ Petition, this Court by following the earlier orders, directed the respondents to count half of the services rendered by the petitioners therein as qualified service as as to confer pension etc., and pass necessary orders and such orders shall be passed and implemented within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
3.Heard Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Senior counsel assisted by
Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3and Ms.Narmada Sampath, learned counsel for the second respondent. 4.During the course of hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced a copy of G.O.Ms.No.101, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare(AH5-2) Department dated 29.10.2024 and G.O.Ms.No.104, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare(AH5-2) Department dated 04.11.2024 before this Court. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the order of the Court has been complied with subject to the out come of Review Application pending before this Court. 5.The above said G.O.Ms.No.101, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare(AH5-2) Department dated 29.10.2024 and G.O.Ms.No.104, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare(AH5-2) Department dated 04.11.2024 are placed on record. 6.In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the
considered view that at present nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
7.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, Sub.Appln(OS).No.1060 of 2024 is also closed. 8.However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is having any grievance, about the G.Os mentioned above, he is at liberty to make a mention before this Court seeking to restore this Petition. 04.11.2024 dn
