(Made by Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.RAVICHANDRABAABU) This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2014 in accordance with law.
2. Mr.S.T.S.Murthi, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal

The grievance of the petitioner is that even though an order was made on 29.10.2007 in W.P.No.33845 of 2007 filed by him, directing the respondents to dispose of his representation, till this date, the respondents have not disposed of the representation, wherein the petitioner has made some grievance regarding reclarification of certain lands belonging to a temple. Even though such an order was made as early as on 29.10.2007, it is stated that the same has not been complied with till date. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition, seeking for a Mandamus.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent viz., The District Collector, Erode District, Erode is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.10.2014 and pass orders, in the light of the order already passed in W.P.No.33845 of 2007, dated 29.10.2007. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
