ORDER
Aggrieved against the order directing the petitioner to shift the TASMAC shop, the present writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 18.07.2012 and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to run his business as per the license issued by the 1st respondent.
2. It is seen that the petitioner was granted with the license on 14.09.2012 for a period of one year ending on 30.09.2013 to run the business. Apparently, the license period had expired and as such, the petitioner may not have any legal right to seek for redressal at this belated stage.
3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for has become infructuous and as such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
