This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.37 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of Ambattur, Thiruvallur.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, on the side of the prosecution two witnesses have been examined as P.Ws.1 and 2 and they were cross examined by the accused and case is posted for further witnesses.
