The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 02.12.2016 filed against the order dated 07.11.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent refusing to register the Sale Deeds dated 13.07.2016 registered in the Office of the 2nd respondent in favour of the petitioner and M.Kasthuri in respect of the petitioner's property situated in S.Nos.289/B2 measuring 3.61 acres and in Survey No.293 measuring 3.12 acres at Thathampatty Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law 2.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 02.12.2016 filed against the order dated 07.11.

respondent, after hearing all the concerned parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
