Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the Second Respondent relating to order in P.O.No.30/2018, Na.Ka.No.P1/ 5683/ 2018 dated 25.07.2018, to quash the same and to issue directions to the Respondents to allow the Petitioner to continue to serve in the present station.
