ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.246 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police registered for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 427 and 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent/ Police submitted that they completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kothagiri, on 30.05.2022 itself.

Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
