This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner as Block Development Officer and to fix the pay and grant him with all consequential benefits. 2.
The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.3027 of 2018, dated 11/09/2018, the petitioner was permitted to discharge his duty as Block Educational Officer from 27.11.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that his service has not been regularised and his pay has also not been fixed and in the meantime, steps are taken to fill up the said post through direct recruitment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The petitioner made representations in this regard to the respondents on 16.08.2019 and 17.02.2020. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into the consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 16.08.2019 and 17.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of the representations dated 16.08.2019 and 17.02.2020 and a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
