2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
