By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is a resident of Sammanthapuram Village, Rajapalayam, which was declared by the respondent as "Goudhul Alam Meeran Mohideen Pallivasal" in the list of Wakf existing in the State of Tamil Nadu on 22.04.1959. The said proforma included about 3 acres in R.S.No.77B/15A part and T.S.No.1, Block No.15, Ward No.A. According to the petitioner, as per the proforma, it was shown that it belongs to Lebbai community and now the lands are being converted as school, car sheds and shops and thereby prevented the Muslims from using the same as burial ground. It is further stated that the pathways were encroached by the trespassers and they are causing nuisance to have a free access to the Mosque and the burial ground. in this regard, has also submitted a detailed representation dated 13.03.2015. Though it was acknowledged, he has not been favoured with any response.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, who accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.03.2015 after putting the petitioner and concerned persons on notice, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
