Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the Surety in the above Crl.O.P. No.1881 of 2022 order dated 28.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH,Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties in pursuance of the anticipatory bail order granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time for furnishing sureties is extended till 25.03.2022.
