ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records and quash the proceedings in STC No.2448 of 2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.On a reading of the complaint, this Court was not inclined to pass orders as it was devoid of merits. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission, to withdraw this petition, with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn to raise all the points before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in STC.No.2448 of 2014, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order, provided the petitioner co-operates in the conduct of the trial.
