This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks", by order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No. 1487 of 2026.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Earlier this Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.No. 1487 of 2026, dated 29.01.2026, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks, and without complying the same, within a short period of time, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow the above petition, and the same is liable to be dismissed.
