ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the first respondent police to include the missing the offence of the private complaint in Cr.M.P.No. 7277 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri, the offences under Sections 428, 430, 437 and 307 of IPC and 3(1), 4(1) of Tamil Nadu Public and Private Properties damages Act.

2 . The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the representation made by him, a case has been registered in Cr.No. 580 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427 and 506(2) IPC and he has also made a private complaint on 27.11.2015 to include the missing offence. But the first respondent has not taken any steps. M.S.RAMESH, J.

vsg/mm 3 . The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the Offences in Cr.No. 580 of 2016 have been altered into Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 428, 430, 437, 307 read with 3(1) and 4(1) of PPDL Act and she has also produced the altered charge sheet.
