(CR.NO. 307/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.424 of 2022 order dated 10.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner herein was granted Bail in NDPS Act, involving 80Kgs of Ganja, on condition that she should appear before the respondent Police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. This Petition is filed seeking relaxation on the bail Order which was granted hardly two months ago.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case is not yet completed.

3. In view of the gravity of the offence and the quantity of the contraband involved, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition any further. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
