O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The affidavit filed on behalf of the third respondent seeks to suggest that on the Field Officers enquiring into the facts of the case, no details of title of the property standing in the name of any Kattalai attached to the specific temple as alleged has been found. It is thus suggested that if the petitioner is able to produce the proper material in support of the same, only then the concerned authority be able to take the control.

2. In view of the aforesaid stand, we call upon the petitioner to submit whatever the further material exists in order to enable the respondents to verify the position of title.

3. The proceedings are accordingly closed.

4. We may note that for the delay in enquiry, an apology has been tendered and it is stated that necessary corrective action has been taken.
