O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the documents as required by the petitioner as per his representation dated 06.04.2016 followed by the representations 06.05.2016, 04.06.2016, 12.07.2016, 01.09.2016, 10.10.2016, 10.11.2016 and the final representation dated 28.11.2017.
2.
On the face of the records, this Court is unable to entertain the writ petition on the ground of huge lapse of time. Firstly, the petitioner was dismissed from service by order dated 4.6.2014 under Regulation 4(j) of Indian Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976 as amended from time to time. Secondly, against the same, without filing any appeal whatsoever, the petitioner kept quite till 6.4.2016 when the 1st representation was made seeking some documents. The petitioners should have asked for these documents at the time of receiving the charge memo and before filing his explanation to the said charge memo which has not been done. Therefore, the petitioner cannot ask for any more particulars after dismissal from service, that too, in the present case with a delay of two years.
3.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
