This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1100 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025. Page No.1 of 3

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1100 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
