ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.
3.It is seen that on a complaint given by the petitioner's wife a case has been registered in CSR No.154 of 2015. 4.Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, they can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent Police for interrogation and enquiry. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
