Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action to allot the AICTE Enrollment Number to the petitioner for the PGDM Course undergone by him during the period 2009-2011 at the third respondent institute and issue PGDM Certificate to the petitioner duly mentioning the AICTE Enrolment number on the said certificate.
