The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 19.10.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2016, the 1st respondent has not considered the same yet. 3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents and submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
