O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to conduct the survey of the property.

The case of the petitioner is that the property belongs to his wife and the patta also stands in her favour. The petitioner and his family are living in the said property. The petitioner found that there is a pit located just adjacent to the patta land and the same would endanger the safety of the general public who cross through or pass by the property. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to survey the property to enable the pit to be closed. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.12.2019 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and take appropriate action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents 3 to 5 along with a copy of the representation dated 13.12.2019 and a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
