This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No. 35388 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35388 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
