O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 18.08.2017 as received by the 2nd respondent on 18.08.2017 and to take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.08.2017 requesting to enquire into the offence committed by the fourth respondent herein in presenting false stamp https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

paper for the purpose of registration of the sale deed in Document No.758/2002 before the Sub Registrar, Arani and to cancel the sale deed dated 18.04.2002, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.M.L.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 as well as Mr.N.R.Anantharamakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.4.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
