ORDER
Aggrieved by the refusal to register the sale deed, the petitioner had filed an appeal before the first respondent on 14.11.2025. Early disposal thereof is requested for in this writ petition.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be disposed of within sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Taking note of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.11.2025 within sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other parties concerned. There shall be no order as to costs.
