(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, Kamalesh Kumar @ Govindha S/o.Murugan, who has been branded as a 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in No.451/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 29.06.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of petitioner in No.451/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 29.06.2018 on the file of the

second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3569, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 23.08.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
