PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to direct the respondents to find out the vehicle's identification, which was hit the petitioner's husband on 11.10.2018 and further direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.488 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to find out the vehicle, which was hit the petitioner's husband on 11.10.2018 and further direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.488 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is to produce the CCTV footage to the second respondent for investigation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the the FIR has been registered in Crime No.488 of 2018 dated 12.10.2018. Till now the vehicle is not found.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the materials submitted by the petitioner such as CCTV footage and etc., to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the enquiry and file a final report in Crime No.488 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
