O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to register the FIR against the second respondent in pursuance of the complaint dated 18.8.2014 in accordance with law and to take appropriate action.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier petitioner lodged a complaint in which petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.308 of 2014 and the same was closed on 14.6.2015 and in the subsequent complaint made by the petitioner on 18.8.2014, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent Police. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is closed and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 18.8.2014, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
