No representation for the petitioner. The matter was already posted for dismissal on 28.04.2018 and even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. The present petition has been filed to direct the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1750 of 2015, within the time frame fixed by this court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) contended that the petitioner is a Srilankan National and a Non Bailable warrant was issued against him by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet on 16.12.2015. He would further contend that all efforts are being taken by the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable warrant against the present petitioner. 3. The learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet is directed to take necessary steps and insist the concerned police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the present petitioner and dispose off the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
