Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.304/2010/A5, dated 05.03.2010 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Noon Meal Organizer in any of the Government School in the existing vacancies within the stipulated periods. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (20.11.2018), the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner represented that the Writ Petitioner died and no application has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the Writ Petitioners.
