Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a case stands registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.06.2013 in Crime No.365 of 2015 for offence under section 420 IPC on the file of the 2nd respondent, and finding that though there is some delay in complying with the order, the same is neither willful nor wanton, this Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
