This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2013 dated 19.12.2013.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner in Crime No.39 of 2016 on the file of respondent for offences u/s.468 and 471 IPC.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience

of the order and presently, a case stands registered upon the complaint of petitioner. This petition shall stand closed.
