2.The learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner, who is the franchisee of "Bharat Sevak Samaj Cyber Solutions (BSS)" has filed a letter dated 21.09.2013, giving his no objection for the TASMAC shop being run near to his premises. A copy of the letter dated 21.09.2013, has been filed, which is taken on record. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
