1. This is an application filed for condonation of delay. The delay involved according to the applicant is 17 days.

2. Mr.R.T.Ramkumar, who appears for the non applicants/original respondents say that, he has no objection to the delay being condoned and therefore, would not want to file a reply.

3. The delay is accordingly condoned. The application is disposed of.

4. The registry will now number the captioned petition and place the same before the Court, in the usual course.

5. The copy of the petition and the typed set of documents to be furnished to the counsel for the respondents within two (2) days from today.
