CMP.No.8168 of 2019 in S.A.No.489 of 2000 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the 12th respondent/M.Mohammed Razack in the appeal in S.A.No.489 of 2000 to transpose him as 18th appellant in the above said Second Appeal on the ground that at the time of filing the petition to implead the legal heirs of the deceased/sole appellant, he was working at Kuwait and he could not joint with the other legal heirs.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allowing this petition. Hence, the civil miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.8168 of 2019 is allowed as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to effect the consequent amendment in the cause title to the above said person in the above second appeal.

Post the second appeal after three weeks.
