The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has submitted a report dated 21.03.2024 stating that as on date, no enquiry and bids have been received by her pursuant to the advertisement of sale effected by her in terms of this Court's order dated 06.03.2024. 2.A.No.964 of 2024 was filed by the plaintiff for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to sell the subject equipment to mitigate the loss of the applicant/plaintiff. Since there are no takers for the subject equipment despite effecting a public advertisement for sale, this Court accepts the report of the Advocate Commissioner and closes A.No.964 of 2024. 3.The applicant/plaintiff is directed to pay the additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner. The defendants have already been set ex-parte by this Court in the suit.

Till date, no application seeking to set aside the ex-parte order has been filed. The plaintiff has already recorded the ex-parte evidence. However, the evidence recorded by the plaintiff is not available in the Court bundle today.
