ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed u/s.91 Cr.PC., in Crl.MP.No.4599 of 2022, dated 10.02.2023.

2.Heard Mr.M.Dhivakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner has been arrayed as A1 in the FIR that has been registered by the respondent in Crime No.216 of 2022. The petitioner filed an application u/s.91 Cr.PC., to direct the production of certain records by the respondent Police. This application came to be dismissed by the Court below and aggrieved by the same, the present criminal petition has been filed before this Court. 4.The Court below has assigned sufficient reasons in paragraph 5 of the order and the same does not suffer from any illegality or infirmity warranting the interference of this Court.
