This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to produce a Demand Draft for Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) payable to 'The Chairman/District Collector, The District Mineral Foundation Trust of Kancheepuram District' (Non-refundable), before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram made in Crl.M.P.No.428 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu by an order, dated 19.02.2024.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce a Demand Draft for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in
