Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Harish, learned counsel representing M/s. K.M. Vijayan & Associates, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. In view of the above submission and endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected M.P. stands closed.
