(This case has been heard through Video Conference) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.105 of 2018 in O.S.No.5 of 2017, dated 17.12.2018, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore @ Ranipet, Vellore District

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner complied with the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.105 of 2018 in O.S.No.5 of 2017 on the file of the Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranipet, Vellore District, by depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- into the Court and the suit was also dismissed as settled out of Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also acceded the aforesaid submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

4.In view of the same, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
