Crl.O.P.No.5482 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, The petitioner was arrested on 09.02.2022 for illegal possession of 105 litres of I.D. Arrack.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed bail on the ground that 105 litres of I.D. Arrack was seized from this petitioner and another accused.

The petitioner is a habitual offender, against whom, 32 previous cases are pending investigation is still under way.

If the petitioner is released on bail, he will jump bail and indulge in similar offence.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
