ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned history sheet in No 603 / 2017 issued by the second respondent dated 25.07.2017 and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, as on date, the petitioner is facing trial in four cases and the same are under investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court finds no ground to quash the history sheet in No 603 of 2017 issued by the second respondent. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation for removal of his name from the history sheet after conclusion of all the pending criminal cases.
