ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to cancel the sub-division and patta transfer effected on 28.11.2025 in patta No.4294 with regard to the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2025.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's property has also been included in patta No.4294 issued for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks to cancel the subdivision and patta transfer effected on 28.11.2025 in patta No.4297. He had given a representation to the respondents on 30.12.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of sub-division and patta transfer effected on 28.11.2025 in patta No.4294 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the persons in whose name presently patta No.4294 stands, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
