ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint her to the post of Scavenger of the Kandhalavadi Village, Chiththanangur Post, Ulundurpettai Taluk,

2. A counter-affidavit is filed stating that the fourth respondent herein was appointed to the said post. The order dated 31.10.2013 appointing the fourth respondent is enclosed in the typedset of papers.

3. In these circumstances, I am of the view that the writ petition fails and the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he could be given liberty to question the order of appointment of the fourth respondent as per law. Needless to state that it is the right of the petitioner to question the appointment order of the fourth respondent, if she is so advised.
