The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) towards professional fee to the valuer Er.Anbarasan for having re-valued the subject property., viz., the vacant lands admeasuring to an extent of 25.44 acres in Chowkanthangal Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014. The Official Assignee requested the Chartered Engineer/Valuer Mr.P.Anbarasan to revalue the Chowkanthangal property to assess the market value of the above said property.

3. The said Valuer Mr.P.Anbarasan has claimed a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- for having valued the aforementioned property. Hence, the present application has been filed for the relief stated supra.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Application is allowed as prayed for, by permitting the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- for having valued the aforementioned property to the Valuer Mr.P.Anbarasan.
