The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.1,56,542/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty six Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Tow only) towards publication charges to M/s. Enthrall Communication Private Limited., Chennai, for having effected publication in two English Dailies viz., (i) 'Times of India' covering South India and (ii) 'The Hindu' covering Tamil Nadu, on 27.12.2023.

2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014. Pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench, in A.No. 239 of 2017 in I.P.No. 25 of 2014, dated 09.08.2023, a Tender-cum-Auction sale was conducted on 29.01.2024. The said Tender cum Auction Sale was

advertised in Two English Dailies through the Advertising Agency M/s. Enthrall Communication Private Limited.

3. The said advertising Agency has claimed a sum of Rs.1,56,542/- towards publication charges. Hence, the present application has been filed for the relief stated supra.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Application is allowed as prayed for, by permitting the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.1,56,542/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty six Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Tow only) towards publication charges to M/s. Enthrall Communication Private Limited., Chennai, for having effected publication in two English Dailies viz., (i) 'Times of India' covering South India and (ii) 'The Hindu' covering Tamil Nadu, on 27.12.2023.
