The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.

Before going into the facts of the matter, it is pertinent to note that in the connected case filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.35865 of 2015 challenging the suspension order passed by the respondent University, this Court by order dated 16.09.2016, directed the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order along with the copy of that order and also directed the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2015 (2) SCALE 432 - Ajay Kumar Choudhary v. Union of India through its Secretary and another, within a period of six weeks thereafter. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
