Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, that the order of this Court has been complied with and the respondent by an order dated 20.07.2021 has rejected the request of the petitioner. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is recorded.

3. In the above circumstances, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with the order passed by the respondent, it is always open for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
