ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 420, 506(i) of IPC, in Cr.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is arrayed as A4, along with other accused persons had cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.2 crore, for which the defacto complainant filed a complainant before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is still pending and the co-accused persons 1 and 2 had many cases in the same sequence at various places and there are two previous antecedents against the petitioner. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A4. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the previous antecedents of the accused and also the fact that investigation is yet to be completed and considering the huge amount involved in this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
