The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the G.O.No.458 dated 28.08.2010, passed by the first respondent and quash the same and further direct the Respondents to absorb the petitioners in the available regular sanctioned vacancies of drivers from the dates on which the posts were sanctioned by the first respondent applying the G.O.Ms.No.21, dated 02.03.1998 taking into account of the length of service rendered by the petitioners in the cadre of drivers and pay all consequential service and monetary benefits.
